Schools honored for Breakfast in the Classroom participation

Thirty-seven schools from Springfield Public Schools are being honored with the EOS Healthy Start Award in recognition for student participation in the breakfast in the classroom program.

The following schools will be honored during a ceremony scheduled to take place this May at the State House in Boston:

Balliet Elementary School, Balliet Middle, Boland, Brightwood, Brookings, Brunton, Bowles, Conservatory of the Arts, DeBerry, Dorman, Duggan, Chestnut Academy, Freedman, Gerena, Glenwood, Glickman, Harris, Homer, Indian Orchard, Rebecca Johnson, Kensington, Kiley, Liberty, Lynch, Lincoln, Pottenger, Public Day Elementary, Public Day Middle, Public Day High School, Sumner, Talmadge, Kennedy, Walsh, Washington, White Street School, Zanetti and Forest Park Middle.
