Family Concern Process
Family & Community Engagement (FACE) Department
We’re here to help. If you have a concern, question, or need support, here’s what to expect:
Step 1: Contact Us
Parents/Guardians can submit a request online (Family Concern Request Form) or call Central Office and ask to speak with the Family & Community Engagement (FACE) Department.
A FACE team member will respond within 1–2 business days.
Step 2: Initial Follow-Up
If you submit a request online, a FACE team member will call or email you within 1–2 business days. If you call directly, you may speak with someone immediately or receive a return call.
- Listen to your concern
- Ask clarifying questions
- Determine next steps
Step 3: Family Concern Form (If Needed)
If your concern requires further review, a FACE team member will ask you to complete the Family Concern Form. This form helps us gather all necessary information to properly review your concern.
Step 4: Review & Resolution
After the Family Concern Form is completed, the FACE Department will review the information.
- A resolution
- Next steps
- Or additional support if needed
Our Commitment
- Listening with care
- Responding in a timely manner
- Working collaboratively toward a resolution
