Prevention Needs Assessment Survey
Each year, Springfield Public Schools students in grades 8, 10, and 12 participate in a public health survey that helps us better understand student health, well-being, and behaviors. This fall, in partnership with the Public Health Institute, students will complete the Prevention Needs Assessment Survey (PNAS).
The survey will be administered online between December 2–12 and takes approximately 45 minutes to complete.
