Innovation School Plans

Springfield Public Schools is committed to transparency and community engagement as we plan for the future of our schools. This page provides access to Innovation School Plans developed by each participating SZEP school.

These plans outline how individual school communities will implement the shared flexibilities defined in the district’s Innovation Schools of Springfield Public Schools (ISSPS) Prospectus. Each Innovation School Plan is specific to its school and serves as a roadmap for how the approved autonomies and strategies will be put into practice at the local level.
