With over two decades of information technology leadership, Robert St. Lawrence serves as Chief Information Officer with a strategic focus on advancing student success and equity through innovative digital solutions and targeted IT investments. He leads the district’s data and analytics strategy, enabling informed decision-making and operational efficiency across district initiatives.

St. Lawrence has driven transformative technology deployments that have modernized the district’s digital infrastructure, including online attendance systems, digital student registration, high school and magnet school balloting, and the launch of the Student Assignment Portal for families. His leadership ensures that technology initiatives are aligned with the district’s mission to prepare every student for college, career, and life.

He is currently leading efforts to modernize the district’s core technology infrastructure and digital learning environments, enhancing scalability, cybersecurity, and instructional effectiveness. Through strategic adoption of cloud-based platforms, integration of next-generation classroom technologies, and readiness for emerging innovations, he is shaping a future-focused ecosystem that empowers educators and supports dynamic, student-centered learning.
