Bill Bell serves as the President of the Technical Employees Association (MTA-TEA) representing 20 IT professionals for Springfield Public Schools Technology Operations. He ensures that his colleagues strike a balance of skill-based responsibilities with equitable growth while providing guidance and representing their best interests.

With 30 years of Information Technology experience and 10 years in union leadership, Bill brings a wide variety of knowledge from engineering, automation, design, and programming to communication with staff about the technology they interact with day to day. He is committed to his colleagues as well as all of Springfield Public Schools in finding solutions to problems, ensuring continued success for all staff & students.
