Frederck Mogilka Jr serves as the President of the S.A.S.C.E., representing the custodians across Springfield Public Schools. In this role, they focus on day to day operations of plant, fields, couriers, snow removal, cleanliness, safety and upkeep for all school buildings.

With 17 years of experience in the custodial field and 3 years in union leadership, Mr. Mogilka brings deep expertise to the SPS community. Their work centers on the moving forward the goals that both support the men and woman in the custodial ranks while also the Springfield Public Schools as a whole. As union president, Mr. Mogilka is committed to the safety, cleanliness and health of all educators, students and community members who call our Springfield Public Schools home day in and day out .
