Ron St. Amand is the President of the Springfield Administrators’ Association, which represents assistant principals, supervisors, associate principals, and directors across Springfield Public Schools. He emphasizes collective action to promote the professional and economic interests of administrators while advocating for quality education, human and civil rights, and innovation in schools.

With 32 years in science education and 15 years in union leadership, St. Amand is dedicated to uniting members to uphold the values of equal opportunity and justice in public education. His work aims to create optimal learning conditions for students and support for administrators and teachers from pre-K to grade 12. As union president, he is committed to preparing every SPS student for success in a diverse world, reflecting a dedication to strong schools and successful students.
