Becoming a Licensed Practical Nurse (L.P.N.) in the Springfield Public Schools

Are you currently working towards completing a degree in the medical field or looking to have more of a work-life balance within the field? Become an L.P.N. with Springfield Public Schools! The Health Assistant/L.P.N. is responsible for direct and indirect nursing care to enhance the well-being, academic success, and life-long achievement of students.

L.P.N. promote healthy programs in collaboration with coalitions, associations, CDC, and Department of Public Health. L.P.N. also act as a resource in health education to students and families and make referrals to appropriate help agencies when necessary. You can be a role model for other nurses and for students in SPS.
